• The Bar Association is the oldest non-governmental organization in Iran, which was established by the Bar Association in 1331 as a legal and independent body, although it already existed. The Iranian Bar Association also became a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) in 1329. The board of directors, the president, the disciplinary court of attorneys and the disciplinary court of attorneys are the institutions of each association.
